Impression of the View of the Buttercross, Oakham School Chapel accessed by the entrance to the School. Walk up the alleyway past All Saints to Church Road, and onto Church Street where the shops shown include one that has closed and one that has to open yet. The original is lovingly placed on the wall of it’s new owner on the South Island, New Zealand, who has kindly given his permission for prints to be made to enable other people to enjoy the image. He remembers with great fondness the several pints (in fact a great number) he enjoyed in the Merry Monk.
